It's set. She'll be let go in mid May, using up her leave, and officially discharged the last day of June. (All unvaxxed have to be out by July 1st) That puts her 11 months before her 20 years.... no pension. It's all legit, and attorney has suggested we don't throw good money away (which is about to be tight) to pursue a better outcome.

I'm gonna say something that's not gonna be popular here. I don't give one flying fuck about military that don't want to get the vax. Private citizens, sure your life your choice. A military member has to follow orders though or the military doesn't function. It doesn't exist so your wife can get a pension. It exists to serve the country. You get all kinds of shitty vaccines in the military. Tough shit. Army is better off without some dumb bitch who is a supply seargeant, but decided that now she's a biochemist also and knows all about this vaccine. GTFO.

God damn its hot how you lick that boot. Do it again faggot.

he's right tho, she already got 20 different vaccines, now this is where she draws the line? Maybe just cuz of listening to alex jones and such, who never question all the other vaccines? Why anyone joins military is beyond me.

Yup... all civil servants shouldn't think for themselves. Remember this when orders are being followed by whichever authority has the boot to your neck. The rest of your rant you'd never say to my face, so I won't comment further than this on...

Did I say don't think for yourself? I said in the Army you don't get to pick your vaccines. You can't turn down any other vaccines in the military, for good fucking reason, since if you have deploy you can't risk mass infection. What exactly did I say that I wouldn't say to your face? I said your wife is a shitty soldier for not following orders. When I was in the Army I told a lot of people the exact same thing. Don't want to have your medical decissions made for you? Cool. Don't be in the Army. But if you are in the Army you agreed before you voluntarily joined that some of your liberty is surrendered including much of your medical decission, so throwing a fit about it after the fact makes someone either stupid for not understanding that, or a shitty soldier for not doing their obligations as a soldier.

There is no obligation as a soldier to take a shot that is designed to kill you.

We used to hang people who violated the Nuremberg Code even if they were "following orders". When the DoD violates it, you support them?

did they really tho, in actuality they criticized those nazis that followed orers but didn't hang them, not the low ranking guys. This was something discussed in the Eichmann case years later.

What on Earth are you talking about?

"I don't want to get this vaccine."

"Well then don't be in the military because we have to take measures to prevent outbreak of disease in case we had to go to war or something."

"This is exactly the same thing as you ordering me to execute civilians!"

Don't want the vaccine cause it's novel, no long term data, whatever your reason is? Cool. Don't get it. But then also don't be in the military, because your unit can't function if there's a covid outbreak and you've got a lot of sick soldiers. Jumping from that to "oh yeah well this is just like war crimes" is next level retardation.

We hung a whole lot of people for coercing others to undergo medical experiments. "Muy jab" is a medical experiment. QED, the DoD coercing active duty to undergo a medical experiment is a death penalty offense under the Nuremberg Code.

Military are Citizens too. Our right don't just vanish because we signed on a line. This isn't the Soviet Union, it's not the movies, and it's not fantasy. We agree to certain limitations to maintain good order and combat effectiveness. If they maintained uniformity and didn't threaten us with for simply applying, then I would have less of an issue. However, when you treat a medical exemption equal to vaccination, but refuse to entertain the thought of a religious exemptions, then heads must roll. One is a constitutional right that's been upheld in the courts, and the other is a medical condition.

That's a wrong attitude now that we know it is a kill shot. Shitty vaccines are one thing and if this was that I would agree with you. This isn't that. This is a shot being used to clear the excess population and no one signs up to the military with accepting a death shot as part of the deal.
