It's set. She'll be let go in mid May, using up her leave, and officially discharged the last day of June. (All unvaxxed have to be out by July 1st) That puts her 11 months before her 20 years.... no pension. It's all legit, and attorney has suggested we don't throw good money away (which is about to be tight) to pursue a better outcome.

Does it require the vax?

For whatever reason, the USPS was exempt from federal vax mandates last time I checked.

Because of the union...

Because niggers. Niggers don't want the vaccine and the USPS is like 50-60% niggers.

I think because the post office isn't all totally retarded and compliant like the military. They were going to refuse en masse which would cause problems in shipping mail and goods. They did have a mandate from OSHA, they were going to but the supreme court struck it down, they said because it would cause issues, the post office isn't technically part of the executive branch either so it was like how the mandate was struck down for all private companies with 100 or more workers.

Because the post office is one of the few goverment agencies or jobs that actually does real concrete work with customers who care... aka they can't just collect a check they have a real job to do with real time frames and accountability something the rest of the goverment doesn't have the rest is like retarded gangsters

Imagine an election without a postal service...

Only parts of the US Corp that are under the purview of the Executive branch of the US Corp are bound by executive orders.

Kind of like, if you worked as a teller at Target and a memo came out that all managers must do X, but you don't have to because you aren't a manager.

It's a corporation and all you have to do is declare that you are not an employee of this corporation.
