Wouldn’t doubt it. There’s usually always a guy there for the last ten years from 7ish to 5ish with chair, umbrella and ice cooler. Can’t believe people still give him money. When he isn’t there the “family” is.

I worked at a store in a strip mall, i would exit on the other side of the lot from where I entered. one corner would have woman and child, white and black sign and the other corner exactly same set up.I had seen the same at different places.
