I'm spending "stupid bowl" Sunday with family members & coworkers and a lot of them agree that anything related to black culture that represents black people in a negative way - like rap music and being a hood rat or crackhead - should be classified as (at least) a personality disorder since it causes a lot of stress and problems for others who come in contact of them chimping out. Anything related to rap music would be considered a new mental diagnosis (Rapolar was the top suggestion) as rap music usually comes up with new "words" that eventually become slang in generations afterwards - words like "Shizzle" & "Nizzle" which in ghetto rap terms mean "Sure" and "Nigga/Friend". Put the niggers on disability welfare - it would do society a favor to take them OUT of ALL the workforces - and the whole American economy would improve within 2 years. No more lazy ass niggers half-assing their jobs - no more affirmative action to hire fat, lazy black women to work in Human Resources for major companies. Either ship the niggers back to Africa, or treat them like Native Americans and give them their own land with free shitty apartments and housing while giving them a small stipend every month - BUT they CAN'T LEAVE THEIR LAND unless it's a serious emergency, AND they can't start their own casinos (like Indians) because the niggers have a long track record of violence when it comes to money. Let them live in the shittiest areas of every state, so everyone knows not to visit that area. It would be good because most are lazy and don't want to work and want "reparations" for what their ancestors went through. I feel if the rest of America would be willing to pay an extra 1% in taxes, we could let niggers have everything listed above - and crime would drop dramatically and American society would return to 1950s standards of living and safety.
