I can only report a dispute. What's the difference between a dispute and a charge back.

A charge back is done through your credit card company.

My understanding is a charge back is service never rendered after payment. Something along those lines. They basically reverse the charge to get your money then hit them again with a fee to cover the transaction. I think you have to actually call your card company to start the process.

Like doc said, if you and everyone do a charge back, go fund me gets charged $30-$35 per person. The way they do this is because your credit or debit institution will claim you purchased a product that the company did not deliver, I.e. you put money towards the trucker convoy, not a charity of their choosing.

Same thing. And a lot of card companies don't investigate chargebacks under a certain amount, like under $25, meaning they just take your word for it.
