I've run into the same problem over there with them about 'calories in calories out all calories are the same.'
Either way, whatever the truth is, that's all I care about. They'll give me 'facts' that 'prove' that 'a calorie is just a calorie' but I have a hard time getting my head around what they're saying (maybe I'm dumb but there's thousands who reject 'all calories are the same').
Maybe you have a thyroid problem, maybe some other hormonal issue.
Everything they can think of has been tested other than testosterone, but I'm far too horny and hairy for it to be that.
I get you. Well it depends also on who's testing and how they read the tests as you may know.
But if it was thyroid there'd be other pretty noticeable symptoms, like being cold all the time.
Have you researched the gut biome? Incredibly important for everything, weight, mood, inflammation.
Actually I'm always too warm, its like my metabolism is always too high.
