Saw a video from a guy that is working in LA ports. He said his managers said it was a directive to hold the goods. So it's possible goods are just being held for no reason other than to delay.

I'll end up doing a chargeback but really that's unfair to the vendor. I sent the email just to hassle them but if I actually get a response I'll tell them to pay me lol.
