Adhd meds are meths. Imagine millions of kids being addicted to your legal meth. Billions.
Nobody believes me when I tell them what Adderall actually is. Adderall is the brand name. The name of the drug, the active ingredient is amphetamine salts.
Very slightly different in structure from methamphetamine, a bit "cleaner" since it wasn't made in some disgusting meth lab... but it still has almost identical effects on the brain and body. An extremely powerful stimulant. Feels like you are flying, unstoppable, super productive, focused, etc..
But then it wears off, and you become irritable, miserable, and unable to sleep. This shit also fucks up your appetite. So no sleep, probably dehydrated, malnourished... sounds like a great state to be in, yeah? Well, you don't have to worry if you have a prescription! Because when it starts wearing off, you can just take your next dose and fly and fly and fly until the sun fucking melts your stimulant-wings and you come crashing down to the earth, body and mind in ruins, absolutely dependent on stimulants just to fucking get out of bed.
Most people in modern day are addicted to caffeine on some level or another. Some are inextricably addicted, some less so... but caffeine is in the weaker end of the spectrum of stimulants. Amphetamine salts would be on the stronger end, along with methamphetamine and methylphenidate (Ritalin). It is absolutely insane that this shit is given out to children who can't sit still or focus in our bullshit public school systems.
And here's the worst part: that crap has been around long enough that we're seeing generations of these poor kids as adults now. Still on the same meds, now 100% dependent on them. Some of them bounce back and shake it. Most end up with OCD, autism symptoms, depression, and all kinds of other maladies. But at least they could sit still when they were 7 year old boys in some boring fucking math class designed to teach niggers basic math.
As to why these drugs were so widely distributed? Simple: drug reps go to doctor's offices with sample packs and pamphlets. Wave them in front of the doctors' faces, tell them how much money is to be made, and suddenly half of that doctor's patients have ADHD. This is how most drugs get into circulation. If you think doctors actually do anything more than cursory research (if you're lucky) on the new drugs they're prescribing, you're sadly mistaken- I know more about medications than most doctors, and I only spent a short time in the medical field. And I wasn't giving these meds out.
The last 2 years have revealed how shitty doctors are. The vast majority of them CHEATED THEIR WAY THROUGH COLLEGE. All that time spent being "educated" so they can get their fancy degrees- just a fucking fraud. And they're the ones we trust with the health of ourselves and our families? These are the people we trust to deal with a pandemic?! Insane.
This is the result of the Milgram Experiment. It was discovered that most people will electrocute a man to death while he screams for mercy, as long as there is a man in a labcoat telling them it's okay to keep shocking him. The results of this experiment revealed many things, but most relevant to our current circumstances: YOUR TYPICAL PERSON PLACES A NAIVE, CHILDLIKE TRUST IN ANY PERSON WEARING A LAB COAT OR SIMILAR "PROFESSIONAL" LOOKING ATTIRE. THEY WILL DISREGARD THEIR MORALS, FEELINGS, AND THE LAW AND DO WHAT THEY ARE TOLD BY SAID "PROFESSIONAL". Fauci is the fruit of this experiment.
I remember the first time I tried adderall, it was recreationally. First thought that came to mind when it kicked in was "HOLY SHIT! THEY'RE GIVING THIS SHIT TO KIDS??"

Most people haven't evolved from blind trust in the shaman. The Placebo effect is a real phenomenon; someone believes something will cure their affliction, so it will. The real magic was in their confidence in recovery.
This means there's little difference between a Roman pontiff sacrificing a chicken and muttering in Latin (reading entrails), and a man in a white lab coat sacrificing a rat and muttering in Latin. 80% of medical studies can't be replicated, and it gets worse in any long term study because conditions are seldom repeatable, and that's before fraud is even considered. Fraud itself is a massive problem, and peer review largely serves to cover it up.
But, because of the magic of "science", which is largely restricted to short repeatable experiments, people transfer their trust into areas that are wildly inappropriate. "Magic man make computer work, maybe magic man cure illness too."

Desoxyn is routinely prescribed to teenagers with severe ADHD. It is literally just methamphetamine tablets. Oral capsules with pure methamphetamine crystals. Like Panzerchokolate, or whatever the WWII Germans called it. Or Pervatin as it was called for the front line troops. Some soldiers had crazy psychotic experiences with those pills and barely made it back alive..
There's also the modern much more common Vivance extended release pills. Marketed as less addictive and extended release, but people still use them to get high.
Of course the most common are the extremely popular amphetamine pills; Adderall. Take a few or sniff a line of one and you will be up for three days straight, same as that dirty street meth... But it was prescribed by a doctor!!
out of curiosity. SWIM bought some Addy 973s and didn't experience that... does SWIM have actually undiagnosed ADD? it did help SWIM focus but not like pick dirt out of the carpet focused.
