I tried to post on Talk.lol and discovered that it's riddled with all the trolls from Voat. All they do is posting bullshit and downvoting normal posts. They obviously can't downvote on Poal, this is why there are almost no trolls from Voat here. I don't know who owns Talk.lol, but they are either low IQ, or are deliberately troll farming there.

I remember when I used to downvote on Voat.

I'd do it for bad reasons.

I downvote because it could mean my comment might get another update.

I did a bunch of shit for all the bad reasons.

I used to downvote so much I had to recharge my upvotes to be able to downvote again (couldn’t have more dv than uv)
