Use Element app (open-source for mobile/desktop) and add chat.poal.co in the homeserver field before registering.

If you're already using Element for a different chat can you use multiple homeservers?

Federation is enabled on our server, so if the other homeserver is also federated, you'll able to see/join other rooms.
