I lead a life of no direction. I would kill to have a dream. I never wanted to be a fire fighter or a doctor or anything like that. The question was what do you want to be when you grow up? My answer was I have no fucking clue
People can learn a skill, and start to enjoy it once they're good at it. The trick is that not everyone can do something they're not good at long enough to develop the skills they need to enjoy it. Partly it's mindset, which sounds like hokey bullshit, but the "fuck you I'm better than you" that comes with being an extremely skilled individual that everyone wants to recruit helps too.
