A nap. It's no more than a nuisance if you're in shape.

I just ran a fever a couple of days ago. Took an emergency pack drank a lot of water and went to bed a few hours early. Felt fine the next day.

When I had Covid I ran three miles on my worst day of symptoms. Felt like I was 4-5000' higher in elevation with a cold. The decreased oxygen levels were a distinct symptom, but unless you're a ham who dies from cardio in the mountains then it's no big deal.

You realize it's the rebranded common cold right? So do whatever you would do to boost your immune system for the run of the mill common cold.

Mullein, licorice, usnea, black pepper, rosemary, oregano, cats claw bark, peppermint.

Make a 15 minute steep decoction. Drink 3 times a day.

Same thing you do for the flu.

I've been taking normal vitamins like A, D3, Zinc, Magnesium and a few others I can't remember now. I bought ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine but I don't take it unless I'm feeling bad. So far, so good. Oh, I do take shots of Luksusowa on a sporadic basis, for good measure.

Tonic water. Two liters contains a full dose of quinine. Please don't strip the store shelves bare.

Shitload of sugar in most of them though.

Un-jabbed. Just had the china flu for the first time possibly second in 2 years. I caught it at a +500 New Years party. Never took a test but I am watching other infected and their recovery's as my sample set...

I broke a 102 fever in under 72hrs. Not typical. At my worse blood o2 never dropped below 94 but breathing was labored and heart rate was steady over 100 at these moments which is notable. Anecdotally, lingering symptoms and malaise lasting about 2 weeks for the physically fit. Worse relative health seems to expands the timing of recovery. Smokers are either doing better than average or significantly worse.(Seems nicotine addicts have a better time with recover... up to a point) Many heavy nicotine users have had zero symptoms which struck me as odd/notable.

My recovery was lots of rest, literal shit ton of water. Zinc, vC, vD and daily Multivitamin in double doses.

Don't be a fat or have the gaids and you will be fine.

I freebreathe oxygen, in its natural state from the air. I do this consistently 24/7 without interruption, so far it has been 100% effective for me and my family.

I ate chicken noodle soup and sat down for a couple days. Was so mild, I kept questioning if I was even sick. Only reason I think it's covid is the sudden and complete loss of taste/smell for a couple weeks, which has never happened to me with standard cold/flu season.
