They announced that some members were out sick due to Covid...and that everyone should remember that the major contributors to viral symptoms (particularly Covid) and slow recovery from illness are diabetes, obesity, lack of exercise, and it would do us all good to correct our lifestyle accordingly. Additionally, they reminded everyone that the ones who're badly sick with Covid rather than minorly inconvenienced are all obese, diabetic, and get minimal exercise.

And, yeah, that's the single best piece of advice you can give someone if you care about them. Get fit. Lose weight. Eat better.
