Not quite. MCT oil is fractionated coconut oil. The long chain fatty acids (i.e. lauric acid) are removed leaving the medium chain triglycerides (i.e. capric acid, caprylic acid, etc). MCT oil produces more ketones than coconut oil, though coconut oil is still quite ketogenic in its own right.

My old manager used to drink that. She would put something in it but I forgot what it was called, it had three letters. Man, coffee always makes me hungry. It usually fires up my appetite. A lot of people that I know say that it suppresses it, but they put sugar in it so that's probably their reason.

Ive been drinking that as well, very occasionally. I never thought I’d drink coffee again. I used to make fun of bullet proof coffee. It sounds stupid. Turns out the fat added to it helps tone down the acidity or something cuz it doesn’t make me feel gross like normal coffee. I thought the issue was caffeine but apparently I was making coffee wrong lol.
