It's asinine. A lot of us at work are fed up and pissed. Our work keeps telling us how amazing of a year it was for microchips. Like we give a flying fuck. Our bonuses were the same as any year. They haven't gave us a fucking hint of more pay or anything.

We do have idiots that work with us but that's because they hired anybody because of the pandemic. Because of that, lowering their standards makes them okay to give us lower wages. I can't stand to work with women and niggers on my crew days. They fucking disappear for hours and get half their op done.

I get that the pay is because of them but that isn't fair for us but there are people who are working harder because your employees fucking suck. This is why people are leaving jobs.

Management is like "oh they don't like money". No dipshits retarded ass face faggot it's because you SUCK as management. Your system sucks.

I had a one on one with my new boss telling him what needs to change and be addressed. I think the motherfucker is stoned 24/7 or something. He is silent and jots things down but doesn't do anything. His memory is shot and I remind him of our conversations.

I used to care about the company, don't know why, just cared about my job. Now I do it precisely and slowly.

Wasting my fucking time and talent, then I'll waste theirs.

You want functional machines? Pay my worth. They put me on the inspection team within a year. I've never done engineering my whole life, it became natural to me. But guess what? No pay. But hey, you're the inspection quality guy! You get paid the same amount to help the retard next to you figure out why he is so dumb.

That's a lot of the tech industry. We still have places here wanting high-tech Bs and Ms degree people for 15-17hr - or less. Warehouses are starting at 19, and I've told off quite a few recruiters who wanted wage slaves.

I was floored when the manager of the local (small world, yeah?) Panda Express told me he made well over 80k that year. The place basically sells itself, other than day to day business needs you keep the floor clean and the food fresh and people swarm it.

If you're a regional manager you make like 100-120k a year. It's so wild. I still refuse to work in their clinks because I don't believe it builds hard workmanship. You're literally being a slave to people.

I rather manage the semiconductor job. I only like the idea because I want to be the supervisor who knows you're not doing your job.
