One of my engineering group got it, he's been out for a week, he got the shots early. Secretary's kids got it, they've had shots. Coworker's GF has it, she's had shots.

I am taking delight in other people's misery and I know I shouldn't. But...they're all winning the stupid prize for doing the stupid thing.

Yeah, my engineering manager has been out all week.

I got sick Monday. Home antigen test showed positive. Still sick, but I spent the day cleaning out the pool filter and brushing the pool. It's not that bad.

I got in the hot tub to cool off when my fever ran to 103. Goosebumps in 100 degree water.

That was early 2020. Since then no mask, no shots, no isolation, no problem. The world is retarded from my perspective. Who knows what disease I actually had, though.
