Just an FYI.

Been a day or two now since files.catbox.moe links have been broken. Tested across 3 different ISPs I have physical access to, all same result. Midwest U.S. One machine tells me "this site can't provide a secure connection, ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" and another machine 30 miles away on a different ISP, different browser, tells me "this site can't be reached, ERR_CONNECTION_RESET." The third machine just spins on the page doing nothing.

It's working for me. Down for everyone also shows it's working. Down for everyone (downforeveryoneorjustme.com) I've had a similar error to your first one & the only explanation I found was an out of date security certificate. Gave it some time & everything went back to normal.
