I spoke up in the meeting and said it's legal standard that marking any employee in any way that would imply they are superior or inferior to anyone else is discrimination and will make them liable for a suit. Ah, I was just curious if you had found someone to represent you. Not sure how well a letter written without a letterhead from a lawyer will go over. Please report back, very curious.
