I then asked who I submit my counter offer to since a mandate is a contract that is only in effect when both parties are in agreement, and I am not saying no or being no compliant I'm just concerned about the conditions of the contract and have certain requirements that need to be met before I can agree. Every person in the room went fucking dead quiet. These ass holes will cry and complain ad not one of them will stand on their own 2 feet and fight fore with fire. I got called a crazy bastard for knowing the law.
