The point here is, I'm not getting vaxxed or submitting to a test. I'm not going to wear a mask. I'm not saying no, nor am I acting dishonorable. If I give them a counter offer, and they say no. When it goes to court I can stand on my own 2 feet and tell a judge I had terms in which I would accept the mandate and I was fired for doin what I have a right to do.
Is there any case law or legal precedence?
I have my god given constitutional to do as I see fit with my property without the influence of any person, business, healthcare worker, government body, or any other perceived "authority" in the persuit of life liberty and happiness which is a right, that shall never be a privilege, protected by the constitution of the united states
I don't disagree but it's called a jewdicial system for a reason.
