Heart checked out fine. Nothing on the EKG, glucose, kidney, liver function were good.

The issue was from reflux, combo of alcohol and holiday food. A few of you were right about the issue the other day.

I'm in my 30's now and it finally took a little scare like that to put my health into the proper focus. Go get a checkup if you haven't lately and start building a baseline.

I do too, and I did the exact same thing you did. I'd recommend finding a naturopath and having them do some bloodwork so you can establish a baseline for your mineral/vitamin/etc levels. A good naturopath will be able to quickly tell you what things are out of balance and make some dietary/supplement recommendations.

And get swole.

I have an outbuilding on my new house currently being renovated. I just finished painting the walls and corners. Once I hang trim and paint the ceiling, my gym equipment can come out of the garage storage.

No excuse not to go to the gym when it's 5 feet from where I park.
