Heart checked out fine. Nothing on the EKG, glucose, kidney, liver function were good.

The issue was from reflux, combo of alcohol and holiday food. A few of you were right about the issue the other day.

I'm in my 30's now and it finally took a little scare like that to put my health into the proper focus. Go get a checkup if you haven't lately and start building a baseline.

Have you had your thyroid checked? Just a personal anecdote: I had a similar situation, ended up in the ER with what I thought were heart palpitations. EKG checked out and they said I was fine and sent me home. They checked my thyroid hormone levels and some shit ended up being out of whack, so I’ve been on meds for the last few years. When I’m on my meds I don’t feel like it’s an issue, but when I stop taking them I notice the irregular heartbeat issue comes back. I know only retards give/take medical advice on forums like this, but maybe you should have your thyroid checked out

Definitely worth a go. I'll add it to the list. My wife has been taking thyroid meds since she was a teen. Maybe I need to as well.
