Heart checked out fine. Nothing on the EKG, glucose, kidney, liver function were good.

The issue was from reflux, combo of alcohol and holiday food. A few of you were right about the issue the other day.

I'm in my 30's now and it finally took a little scare like that to put my health into the proper focus. Go get a checkup if you haven't lately and start building a baseline.

Drink more water.

I drink plenty of water at work. Hot industrial environment. Hard to keep up at home. That's one issue too. I have a gallon bottle with me right now.

I’m a doctor and If you send me your dick pics I can check them out and see if I see anything out of the ordinary

Have you had your thyroid checked? Just a personal anecdote: I had a similar situation, ended up in the ER with what I thought were heart palpitations. EKG checked out and they said I was fine and sent me home. They checked my thyroid hormone levels and some shit ended up being out of whack, so I’ve been on meds for the last few years. When I’m on my meds I don’t feel like it’s an issue, but when I stop taking them I notice the irregular heartbeat issue comes back. I know only retards give/take medical advice on forums like this, but maybe you should have your thyroid checked out

Definitely worth a go. I'll add it to the list. My wife has been taking thyroid meds since she was a teen. Maybe I need to as well.

Copious amounts of alcohol did the same thing to me. Went to ER one morning a number of years back because it felt like a cartoon where the heart beats out of the chest. Nothing on ekg. Took to moderation after that. It was scary. Glad you're good.

That's exactly how I've been feeling. Had one beer today and instant heart rate. Finally convinced me to go into the ER.

Glad you're alright.

Thanks man. I really thought it was something far worse. I have history of heart problems on my father's side.

I do too, and I did the exact same thing you did. I'd recommend finding a naturopath and having them do some bloodwork so you can establish a baseline for your mineral/vitamin/etc levels. A good naturopath will be able to quickly tell you what things are out of balance and make some dietary/supplement recommendations.

And get swole.

I have an outbuilding on my new house currently being renovated. I just finished painting the walls and corners. Once I hang trim and paint the ceiling, my gym equipment can come out of the garage storage.

No excuse not to go to the gym when it's 5 feet from where I park.

Stop drinking alcohol. Intoxicants are for niggers.
