Lets talk about whats legally necessary for REAL change to happen. Legally you need a Cassus Belli: Check. (A thousand times check). Next bit takes a popular uprising/organization under a group of people with military experience which constitutes an executive and judicial operational status. (You need to operate under a recognized code of law). That means there needs to be a few dozen people at least who then, under 2nd Amendment, constitute a Militia. They must present an obvious, unaddressed grievance which under law represents a threat to life and liberty. The proper thing to do from there would probably be to set a course of solution. A militias power is quite unlimited, its only purpose is to assure a working democratic republic. When such a device is generated through actions of the militia, they should dissolve. (Otherwise, it's just a coup). 9/11..
