I regularly see people strolling along the canal wearing just Jeans and a Jacket IN MINUS 14 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT!!! WTF? I would be layered up wearing full Eskimo clothes at those temperatures.

I’m guessing acclimation is a real thing…
