Got home from work Thursday morning and my heart had a sharp pain on the left side. Heart rate was around 100 and wouldn't calm down to let me sleep. Problem is still persisting today.

I'm not vaxxed at all. Early 30's 6'2" 250. Bit of belly weight.

Edit: dehydration too. Lots of water intake. Edit2: my condition went away. My bpm is back to normal and I don't feel nauseated and dehydrated. Whatever it was, I think I'm done with it. I appreciate the comments and I'll be working on my physical health when my outbuilding is done. I have a bike, treadmill, Smith machine, dumbbells, an machine, etc. I used to be a swimmer and my size was always important when I was on a team.

I agree with everything you said, I'm just making sure you aren't a hamplanet like myself.

Dude just fix it. Start by cutting out the beer. Alcohol is a poison and the body halts all other nonessential digestive processes to get rid of alcohol as fast as possible. It's empty calories that turns off all "gains" however small or meaningful.

Good advice. I wasn't planning on living a long time, but the heart rate thing really put me on edge. I'm down to 60 bpm again. Have no idea what caused that for two days.
