There are cases were they deliberately administer the prenatal too close together to force her into contractions so they can do an emergency C-Sect. Hospitals have been all about the $ for far too long.
That's neither elective nor cosmetic. So, just unfortunate, or she didn't do shit to take care of herself and prepare her body, or she bitched out and took the epidural.
