Perhaps we need to consider the pure concept of cheese as opposed to the physical being of cheese?
Conceptualizing cheese without milk is blasphemy. It could not be rendered physically without the interference of a government. I shudder at the thought of government cheese.
The stuff uncle used to hand out was quite good. We had several people around us that got the stuff and didn't want it, the pasta, or the rice. Mac n cheese with a whole block of cheese and hamburger was delicious and cheap. I still make it today.
I had a roommate who had some and the shit wouldn't melt. It scared me.
Come to think of it, that wasn't official gov cheese. We just called it that cause he bought it with his food stamps. lol
CHEESE IS CHEESE.
Cheese may be cheese, but the concept of cheese is equivalent to the concept of wings that are boneless.
