It's shit money.
Very hard to count accurately because the bills are too thin.
Tears really easily.
Also it's glued together with a clear plastic strip in the middle that becomes unglued, causing the bills to fall apart in your hand.
Not as big a deal as one might imagine because most have stopped using cash.
More and more, people just use their cell phones now for electronic transactions.
I imagine this money is nearly impossible to counterfeit.
Hacking the cellphones will be much easier.

I'm sure it's more complicated than that. Maybe you could even find a way to pick-up on key-presses on the dial-pads, to get PINs as well. All of a sudden, a bunch of local people decide now is the time to drop all their cash on bitcoin.
