I ran 18 miles up a God damn mountain in el paso about six weeks ago. I ran 1.5 miles yesterday and lifted. I'm 46. 6 foot2 and about 190 pounds bench close to 300... can do 205 3 sets of 10 pretty easy... so maybe only 280 not sure... I've been doing my own 6 step plan..
- Get in shape
- Get moral
- Get out of debt
- Get an off grid homestead
- Get a white woman have white kids... late to the game but gonna get it done...
- I just started after reading a book by a samuri... the way is basically practicing different things every day.. I would call 6 developing or sharing skills... shooting fighting for me practicing basketball it's what got me what I have today... other skills as well I will be working on and developing...
Join in fellow white men start the 6 step process the order is up to you but I think 1 and 2 are the key... moral can be the first one quit porn quit drinking quit sinning then 2 get in shape makes the rest easier.
