How do you price what the home would sell for? Zillow says mine should sell quicker than 83% of those on the market at the number I chose, haven't even got an offer yet.

Just depends. First I know my city and what areas are good takes time or a good realtor<<< not as many as you would think. Then it takes knowing what sells a house... I would saying this order.
- Good kitchen that makes an impression
- Good masterbathath and big impressive closet
- Nice entertsinment/ TV area
