Kinna like antique kars and gold diggers. Always sofin fucked up
Gold mining! ALWAYS something fucked up. Bureaucrats, partners, equipment. Something always fucking up the seemingly simple act of digging up some metal.

I want 3 bedrooms. A 2 car garage. A fire pit to toss cats into. That’s all
You should spring for a bathroom too
That’s what trees are for
I piss outside at home, but im not shitting outside at my house. Showering is nice too. When i piss on the snow, the deer come lick it up. Seems kinda weird being as how i put mineral salt out for them.
3rd bush to the left.
Hey.
Hey.
Easy there.
If you can't afford the maintenance you can't afford the house.
I had one, 3600 sq ft, 5 bedrooms 3 baths, 3/4 acre. Nice for raising kids but I'm so glad I sold it now. 1400 sq ft is all I need, fuck all that yard work. I work at my golf game instead.
And the thanks you get for managing all that space and making the area look luxurious is outlandish estimates from contractors and higher taxes!
Yep and now huge water rates
Like owning and operating a small aircraft. Sure, I can afford one. But not certifying and maintaining it. Only have a year of aircraft maintenance experience, no way I'd be able to handle it all myself, not even a little bit. Maybe I'll get back into learning that stuff someday.
I've not experienced that at all. But I fix the house up so it has equity and have sold for a profit every time. Just turned my 4 plex into condos and selling 3 of them and keeping the garage apartment. Will make about 300k and have 1800 a month still in rent coming in. Shits awesome almost a loophole in texas
How do you price what the home would sell for? Zillow says mine should sell quicker than 83% of those on the market at the number I chose, haven't even got an offer yet.
Just depends. First I know my city and what areas are good takes time or a good realtor<<< not as many as you would think. Then it takes knowing what sells a house... I would saying this order.
I wouldn't trust zillow, don't you have an agent?
Zillow is always 6 mos. behind actual market.
