Per fed appellate court ruling 2 days ago, no one can require you get a jab as a condition of employment.

Do you have a link to something about that? I know the over 100 employees mandate was stayed but didn't hear about the ruling you're talking about.
Its dead in the water. The appeals court uses a ping pong ball method to determine what court it will be held at.. Its gonna be in a republican court, in a place where the feds have very little power. Trump appointed judge will hear the case.
First thing Biden did was trry to change the venue to DC, lol. The Appeals court told him to pound sand.
By law, they can't enforce a mandate under review.
By law, the mandate will never pass Constitutional muster.
Ask your employer to show you a law requiring you get jabbed. There is none.
My employer doesn't even want to enforce a mandate. There's been no actual word about it, and I think if the OSHA one were upheld, we'd pretty much all be exempt (100% remote).
