My employer doesn't even want to enforce a mandate. There's been no actual word about it, and I think if the OSHA one were upheld, we'd pretty much all be exempt (100% remote).

Smart people will just drag their feet. Do nothing they ask. Nothing. Let them take all the action. Shame them at every opportunity.

Resistance is mandatory against tyranny.

When it does become clearly illegal and the feds back off: any company stupid enough to have enforced illegal mandates which had not even legally passed muster, SHOULD be liable. (Blind corporate obedience to the dictates of the state is an aspect facism).

Payback can take a lot of forms. Leaving it to God is the best, but there always be alternatives.

In America we've had a distinct pattern of dealing with commies, it just needs to get dusted off.

Agreed. I will follow one of the better templates of non-compliance, then refusal via lawyer etc if it ever becomes relevant. I have enough savings I am pretty sure I could take this company to the cleaners if they forced my hand.
