I don't actually want to leave my job, but I always take a look at other positions in my field, and Holy Shit... 'This Job does not require a Vaccine' is now a major selling point.

Agreed. I will follow one of the better templates of non-compliance, then refusal via lawyer etc if it ever becomes relevant. I have enough savings I am pretty sure I could take this company to the cleaners if they forced my hand.
