It is only the companies that can keep a team of unavxxed that won't have to worry about replacing their talent when their workforce starts dropping dead.
Most of the jobs in my field are demanding the Vaccine. Unfortunately I don't see my job as contractible outside of a large corporation.

You are out of luck, that job's already taken. You'll have to do all that on your own time.
Mine aren’t either, but not all large companies are requiring it.
The key to making money in life is taking the contrarian position when all the NPCs are undergoing a temporary mass psychosis.
Same here. I just got a promotion, and am enjoying what I do. Vaccine mandate is looming, though, so I’ve been looking…. Nailed an interview yesterday with a company that doesn’t require it. We’ll see how it goes….
Honestly anyone starting a company now that states "no vax, no max , no problem" will have their absolute pick of the litter.
Not talking about the "accredited" and glorified retards being pumped out by the sanctimonious "institutions of higher learning" who have long since stopped teaching kids HOW to think and has instructed them WHO to think about and for. I'm talking about people who will likely have 10+ years of field experience.
First person to say "yeah, I got my engineering degree at X university, honestly though, most of the people in my classes were retarded and I lost a lot of respect for universities having graduated from one" is hired on the spot.
I know it's rare but a buisness owner has dreams too.
Per fed appellate court ruling 2 days ago, no one can require you get a jab as a condition of employment.
Just go apply.
Do you have a link to something about that? I know the over 100 employees mandate was stayed but didn't hear about the ruling you're talking about.
Its dead in the water. The appeals court uses a ping pong ball method to determine what court it will be held at.. Its gonna be in a republican court, in a place where the feds have very little power. Trump appointed judge will hear the case.
First thing Biden did was trry to change the venue to DC, lol. The Appeals court told him to pound sand.
By law, they can't enforce a mandate under review.
By law, the mandate will never pass Constitutional muster.
Ask your employer to show you a law requiring you get jabbed. There is none.
My employer doesn't even want to enforce a mandate. There's been no actual word about it, and I think if the OSHA one were upheld, we'd pretty much all be exempt (100% remote).
