Had this happen to a buddy of mine. Was during Christmas of 2019. He orders a limited edition DVD and it comes with a download card. He informs that the card is bent but as it's a download card it won't effect the download so he discounts the item to 4.50 dollars. Guy gets the download card after buying it and starts complaining it was bent and that it was a gift for his sister with muh kondishuns. They refund the guy the 4.50. Petty petty world.
