"Giddy" is practically a synonym for "manic".
Ever see someone in a full-blown delusional state? Extreme giddiness is often part of such episodes. And it usually starts off small- "Why is that man murmuring to himself, then giggling madly?" A few minutes later, the person explodes in rage or bursts into tears.
These "minor" manifestations of giddiness you describe could be the start of something far worse.
It could also be that this giddiness is a manifestation of NERVOUSNESS. "Hey man, you know people are dropping dead like crazy from that shot you got, right?" Laughs with face, but not eyes "Hahahahhaaha, yeah, that's crazy, hehehehheehehe." That's his mind desperately trying not to acknowledge that he may have fucking killed himself by caving into this shit.
All that being said, certain personality types are more likely to give into this medical tyranny we are living under right now. People who get the shot fall into three general categories: People who actually believe the shot will do good, people who got it because they were coerced with the loss of job/family/rights if they didn't get it, and people who just don't care to put up with any bullshit for not having it so they say "Fuck it, stick me".
What are the personality types not getting the shot? Autists like us, Chads, high testosterone populations, "free thinkers". Are these groups prone to emotional outbursts or giddiness? Maybe the autists.
