I feel like i set myself up for failure on these situations. But I am a very generous person, usually to the point that I start getting affected by my own decisions negatively. Financially I am doing relatively well, I like helping people, I don't mind that. In this case, every time I help someone, I usually put my life on hold to help that other person. So financially to help others, I usually forsake my own wants in the process. I honestly don't mind doing this, I simply don't see myself as someone deserving of things in general. I usually see it as other people will always be in need, so if i can help them, than my sacrifices are worthwhile for others. This also affects dating, since no woman would ever date someone so volatile, I find most women absolutely despise my generosity, and I can kind of understand why. Imagine working off one set of numbers, only to find those numbers can change any day of the week. Not that I have any thing I really bring to the table anyways, so i dont think women are missing out on much. The issue becomes whether this is a good thing or a bad thing.
