got injured, and felt the need to go to the hospital to make sure things were still lined up correctly..... no vaccine, no non emergency appointments. Anyone else have similar experience? I feel the risk to an untreatable injury isn't worth it. This is the first activity that I've had to stop because of the vax.

Try an urgent care type place, if they have one in your area. They can do x-rays and basic diagnostics.

Definitely don't get "vaccinated" under any conditions. Travel out of state to get treated, if necessary.

You'll want to be very careful with your training, this is a good time to bring up attributes or weak points that might help in the future.

This isn't a great time to be taking chances with your body.

I've been looking at low impact workouts personally. Swimming and biking are probably the major two. I'm not saying never do impactful workouts but if you can shift 60% of it to something with zero impact that's 60% less injury, and 60% less over working minor injuries with the same activity that caused them.

Beware of repetitive motion injuries with swimming. I swam a lot and it has definitely fucked up my shoulder.
