tell them you want the FDA approved vax and you also need all the data concerning that vax along with it's approval for informed consent, which from what I've read means you have 54 years and something months before you need to take it the actual injection. This is because the FDA basically asked a federal court to make it so none of the data concerning the license for the approved vax be made viewable by the public for basically 55 years.

Rumours. My jobsite has been circulating these same rumours. There just aren't enough qualified applicants and we're already understaffed. There is money for businesses that go woke, but in the end, it's labour that earns the dough and pays the bills.

If people have been coming to your country and working illegally for decades without language skills or education, think how much better off you, as an educated English speaker, will be. It's very important that you make only sincere religious objections and not try to make science-based ones. You do not have to be religious. A strong moral conviction from an atheist also suffices, and while your employer can test your sincerity, they cannot interrogate the reasons for your objections. Your objections don't even have to make logical sense. They just have to be sincere. Generally, the fact that the vaccines were all developed or produced using aborted fetal cell lines is what most people use.
Also, make sure to file a complaint with the EEOC as soon as get your request denied, because in order to sue, you first have to work through the EEOC process. But the EEOC is so backlogged, that when you try to schedule your first interview with them, it will be months out. Also, all the appointment slots for an interview will likely be booked when you are filling out your complaint with the EEOC, so fill it out and leave the browser open on the calendar screen (you'll see what I mean when you go through the process), and then refresh it right before midnight and right after until appointment slots open up.
The more cases that are filed against these fucking companies, the more precedents we can set in our favor to ban this sort of thing from happening. Use the court system to make these globalist pussies hurt. Make sure you get a copy of every Covid and vaccine related document that your company has published or emailed and keep it on your hard drive and/or printed in hard copy, so that you have evidence for the future.

No, do not notify HR. They are there to protect the company, not you. They're the ones who will reject your religious accommodation request.

Fortune 50 company actively censoring employee boards by deleting comments, dozens at a time. Only pro vaccine comments are allowed. I have seen it demonstrated before my own eyes. - Going out on your own isn't as easy as people make it seem. A whole lot of dominoes need to fall and some of them are missing. I can't just quit and start over, sadly. Unless you're paying.

As someone who has started multiple buisness, it's not easy. However, it is extremely rewarding when your hard work pays off. I just have 0 sympathy for people who complain about how they get fucked by big companies and are too lazy to think outside the box.
I worked with one of the most prolific minds in structural engineering on a daily basis. Incredible opportunity, the guy literally wrote the equations used by every structural engineer building a skyscraper. Great job, excellent opportunities, good pay. Every day I left I never knew what the weather was. Hated it.
I quit and started a company leveraging some contacts I made. First year, barely cleared 20k. Second year 70k and this year will hopefully be double.
It takes work, sacrifice and delayed gratification. If it's important enough to you, you'll make it happen.
Quit bitching and take charge of your own life.
