All of my immediate family got the shot. I have not and won’t, and neither will my based girlfriend (who I will be proposing to shortly). My mother is a nurse. It’s hard to have the discussion with her because she is on the side that listens to CDC (they’re trained to do this) and states that every person she knows who has died from COVID wasn’t vaccinated. She admits that no vaccine is 100% effective and that the shot does injure and kill some people. She admits that Fauci and co. likely had something to do with manufacturing this virus. And still, the brainwashing and fear mongering works. One of my siblings attended a service academy and was an officer in the military, now retired. Quite educated, and yet.. My father was finally becoming red pilled, but due to his diabetes as a factor and mother’s opinion, also got the shot. Another sibling, we believe, may have got the infection many, many months before it had officially hit US shores. This sibling had lingering symptoms (nerve issues, fatigue, etc.). Mother claims that after getting the jab, sibling’s symptoms are better. Perhaps they are, but I still don’t trust the damn jab and won’t. I fear that out of fear, a sibling and spouse will jab their little 3 year old as soon as some asshole in government says it’s ok. This is the shit I’m up against. No one will listen to me. My family are good people, conservative, just not awake. All I really have is my girlfriend when it comes to someone likeminded. As for my family, all I can do is pray that God opens their eyes and protects them.
