One of the posts on poal discusses the outcomes available now: not guilty - burn Kenosha, guilty- burn Kenosha, mistrial w/ prejudice - burn Kenosha, hung jury - burn Kenosha. The prosecutor wants a mistrial and so withheld evidence. He wants to blame the judge if its a 'mistrial with prejudice' and they can't try the Kenosha Kid again, but the Kenosha Kid doesn't get a 'not guilty'. He'll still have a cloud hanging over his head, and media might argue in the defamation lawsuits that he was guilty but the judge declared a mistrial and they can't prosecute now. It's all to keep the narrative alive that it was an illegal act. If he's found straight out, 'Not Guilty', then its a total vindication for self-defense and there will not be any more riots or attacks on whites where they are confirmed that whites or anyone else can kill the criminals, who threaten whites or anyone else, with an imminent beating. The media wants whites to be beaten and killed in the streets. A 'Not Guilty', screws that up for them since whites will be emboldened to exercise their rights to self defense and 2A. This is by design now that it looks like a, 'Not Guilty' is coming. Also, if the judge declares just a 'mistrial', then Kenosha Kid gets tried again, and the prosecution gets another kick at the can. They'll try some other arguements at that point and hope for a better outcome after analyzing peoples social media comments about what worked and what didn't. It'll be a lot harder for the defense a second time around. They may even get a more pliable judge, unless there's some rule that they get the same judge. Whatever happens, the prosecutor should be put in jail.
