So the purpose of this affidavit is to exert your right of possession to your property/body. To alter it beyond the limits of your employment is a trespass upon your property/body and an administration of property/body without right. This is why the system tries to coerce us all into voluntarily accepting these lifelong altering decisions. Whether you believe vaccines work as described or not is irrelevant. Once you accept something into your bloodstream, which is literally your “river of life” within you, your ability to separate and expel it from your body becomes increasingly difficult if not impossible. Furthermore, the side effects from receiving many of these products offered by the pharmaceutical industry are worse than the disease itself. I pray that everyone that is still considering getting these products would do their due diligence in researching them first. This type of decision could very well be a life altering decision that is not reversible. I offer this letter and notice of my free will having the utmost concern for where this current generation is heading. Please empower yourself because no one else can do it for you. Even be so bold to do it wrong, so you can correct it and get it right. My employer and location of employment has offered me the COVID-19 mRNA gene therapy/vaccination product to me pursuant to, and satisfying the requirement/suggested guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Health, CDC, WHO, and/or any other body politic and safety codes and guide lines thereof. I retain the right to decline all attempts to access, influence and/or otherwise alter any and all of my GOD given biological material and/or biological systems which are the unique, flawless, original design and craftsmanship of my Creator and/or which my Creator has granted me sole possession, proprietorship, and use thereof. I require then that any and all product(s) offered to me by my employer or workplace: 1. Be both entirely retrievable from and also removable in its entirety from my body and or personhood at the conclusion of each and every work period and/or work shift, and also again at the completion of my contractual obligation with my location of employment, and/or employee. 2. Be indemnified due to any adverse reaction or injury related to all product(s) offered to me by my employer or workplace related to any and all products offered since the initiation of my employment. 3. Be indemnified due to any adverse reaction or injury related to all product(s) offered to me by my employer or workplace since the initiation of my employment that may and can result in denial of benefits by any third party insurance provider as a result of said product(s). - I further notice all parties that I reserve all of my rights to file Criminal complaints for any actions that are found to be non-compliant with, 18 U.S.C. §241 - Conspiracy against rights; 18 U.S.C. § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law; 18 U.S. Code § 1341- Frauds and swindles; 18 U.S. Code § 2073 - False entries and reports of moneys or securities; 18 U.S. Code § 513 - Securities of the States and private entities; 18 U.S. Code § 514 - Fictitious obligations; 18 U.S. Code § 876(d) - Mailing threatening communications; and 18 U.S.C. § 1001 - Statements or Entries Generally.
- Any unlawful attempt to administer my property without right will be given notice of crimes such as, but not limited to causes of action by mail fraud, extortion, (attempted) assault, battery, and false imprisonment (detention against my will).
- Resolution of any controversy that exceeds five minutes after the presentation of this document is a tort and will result in a true bill in equity according to the Tort Schedule.
