When you start hiring monkeys, you get monkey shines. Hiring unqualified people from the Third World, or hiring affirmative action niggers and faggots from the First World, degrades the overall performance of a company. Hiring non-whites degrades a company's performance -- not because they are non-white, but because their academic performance is lower than that of whites, and their tendence to commit fraud, to slack off, or to lie about their job, is higher. Eventually it will reach a stage when the wheels fall off the little red wagon.
Western civilization is white civilization. Whites built it, then allowed non-whites to participate. But non-whites have forgotten where all the good things in their lives actually came from. They forgot, if they ever knew, that when you take the "white" out of white civilization, it falls apart. Today, whites are being driven out of the schools and the corporations, replaced by non-whites who can't handle the responsibility they are saddled with. So the non-whites cheat. They have to in order to maintain the illusion that they can perform at the level that is being demanded of them. They cheat their way through school, through university, and through life. When they get placed in industry, there is usually a white person in their background, actually doing the job they are supposed to do and are getting paid to do. They are so much dead wood, and beyond a certain point dead wood can no longer be carried.
