Hmm Kettle bells. Iv been looking for a better work out for a while now. My lazy ass is still winging it. I hear kettle bells do a lot of good. TnTs all I want. I want my ass to be whipped when I leave every time. I always feel like I can beat up my lungs. I can beat up my arms. I can beat up my legs. I can beat up my abs. I can never get my chest to feel it though. Idk if I’m just so naturally weak on my chest or what. I remember when I got as strong as I ever got I could probably max squat 600-700 maybe but bench I could probably only max 205. Iv always been so weak up top like all my strength went to my legs. Even now I go up on squat almost every time I go. Fucking horse legs. I wish I could take half of my leg strength and put them on my upper half

Workout legs and chest within 15 minutes of each other. Check your wrist rotation when working on chest, makes a huge difference in what muscles are being activated.

Well, when the plandemic occured I need a lightweight home gym, so KBs were the thing

the 15:15 Kettlebell Snatch is 15 seconds/7 One-handed KB snatches, then 15 Seconds rest, then other hand same 15 seconds/7 one handed kb snatches and 15 seconds rest

Do that up to 40 minutes. It's murder.

I do want to do some heavy lifting but for the time being It's Kettlebell stuff. I can do farmer walks, one handed dea lifts, Clean and Press, Swings, Snatches (I love them) and goblet squats, pistols, presses. Turkish Get ups (which I hate,) Deck Squat.

For me it's all about using your body in conditions. I also do bear crawls, cat crawls, mace bell, clubbell.

I may be a Mark Wildman Fanboy.

I used to have a DIY Sled and DIY Sandbags but not anymore.

The gym I go to has all that. I mean not sandbags but everything else. The only problem with that gym is that it’s too awesome so too many people go

That sounds like a huge problem. Man I hate people. I should look for a gym like that.

Also when I decide to get a stealth camper van and live on the road, two adjustable KBs, a club and mace will fantastic.

Fill up some milk jugs with concrete and attach a rope with a handle to them. You can use some PVC pipe for a handle.
