After 2 weeks, I went from a plump 147.7lbs or 66.6kg to svelte 142.2lbs, or 64.5kg. My fighting weight is 137, so I was getting too big and had to do something about it. I also gained some muscle in the process.

The problem with body builders is they focus on specific parts of the body, their workouts and machines prohibit them from taking a more complete approach. Furthemore, there are different types of muscle fibers, some are developed differently than others. I've actually been building these muscles the better part of the year, the diet was just recently.

Im not criticizing. I see a lot of guys on here that claim "I gained 10 lbs of muscle in a month!". Physically impossible.
