The problem with body builders is they focus on specific parts of the body, their workouts and machines prohibit them from taking a more complete approach. Furthemore, there are different types of muscle fibers, some are developed differently than others. I've actually been building these muscles the better part of the year, the diet was just recently.
Im not criticizing. I see a lot of guys on here that claim "I gained 10 lbs of muscle in a month!". Physically impossible.
