If any of those clowns were worth a fuck and had equal weaponry, he would have been killed immediately. That's not a knock against him, it's just really easy to hit someone with an AR-15 or AK-47.

That's why "self defense" laws are stupid.

The law needs to be based on a solid moral foundation, not this idea that everyone is equal so you have to give the commie jews and the nigger a fair chance to kill you.

Fair fights only work against inferior or poorly prepared opposition; you'll only survive so many of them. Couple that with the possibility of going to prison if you get "overzealous" and this places the "defender" at a distinct disadvantage. It is perfectly natural to be ultra aggressive in a dangerous situation. It is not human nature to stop attacking on a dime. If someone attacked me with the intention to kill me, I'm probably killing them, even if the "threat is no longer there".

This world is full of idiots, the "good guys" are especially stupid and unreasonable. The danger that this kid was coerced into placing himself in on pain of permanently losing his freedom is outrageous. The amazing thing about it is that he followed every single one of those idiotic rules to the letter under extreme duress without dying.

Does that mean that following these rules will usually result in a desired outcome? No, they're moronic. The fact that he's in custody at all is a moral travesty.

Again, the problem is that so few people alive today have ever done anything in the real world.

The threat is always there if he can still move, even if he's crippled but can still talk he can tell his friends and family about you it's such a jewish argument to say that at any point the threat ceases to be there at any point before death.

His choice of weapon wasn't what enabled him to survive and eliminate 2 kikes and gaiges bicep. Kyle was the one fearing for his life and acted with self preservation as prime motivator.

The people chasing him were not acting on this primal instinct, gaige had every opportunity to shoot Kyle yet never pulls the trigger because he was larping like most antifa faggots do.

The choice of weapon and the person holding it matters a whole lot.

Pistol vs rifle is a huge disadvantage. You almost can't miss with a rifle at those ranges.
