Something i noticed, but for all the bullshit regulation in finance, if a broker steals from you, you are essentially perma fucked. there is close to no mechanism you can use to actually sue the firm or do anything. but hey, lets add another "disclosure" or bullshit form to make it seem like shit's changing

They're just placating the brainlets that don't understand finances. When someone worth millions, let alone tens or hundreds of millions, they can just pay some guy to find all legal loopholes to help him evade the regulatory pressures and pay a fraction of the taxes normies pay.

Regulations only harm the economy. There's a line in the sand and the government has been chasing innovators and the wealthy away for years now, igniting the nomad capitalist movement among the states. They're quickening their own tailspin in to obsolescence.

The regulatory obstacles can only last for so long before people give up on the US Economy.
