I know 4 men in their 60's who do this.. they just get more and more pissed off and watch Fox News. They think they have some kind of Fox News army on their side but Fox News doesn't get paid by their sponsors to enable and encourage. All they do is piss people off 24/7 by running stories about things you can't change. It's like a torture chamber where they force you to watch everything burn.
This is by design. The idea is to overwhelm you with mental anguish until cognitive dissonance kicks in. It zaps your energy and drains you with emotions so that you have less energy to be engaged locally in your community.
If you look at the entire mind-control operations this is exactly how they work. Ovewhelm the mind and body with traumas until it goes into a dissociative state. In that state your mind is then under their control.
